  6. Ordinance 2026-07-02 Fee Schedule: Adopting an updated fee schedule and amending prior ordinances to reflect updated fees. 
  7. Ordinance 2026-07-03 E-Bike Ordinance: An ordinance establishing the same e-bike laws within the Town of Winona Lake as what Warsaw has established, ensuring continuity across the local area. 
  8. 201 Administration Blvd Utility Request: A resident submitted a statement to have their utilities returned to normal rate. 
  9. Resolution 2026-08-01 Disposal of Surplus Property: The Street Dept has a 2-post lift no longer being used that they would like to dispose of. 
  10. Office Painting Quote: After having furniture move in the office there are several areas where the paint needs to be touched up. 
  11. MOCC Lift Station Pump Rebuild: The lift station near the MOCC has begun indicating impending failure. 
  12. Approval for Purchase of Mini Excavator & Hammer Attachment: The Street Dept has an ongoing need for a mini excavator to perform lift station pump maintenance, sewer and stormwater infrastructure repairs, utility work, and excavation associated with street projects.
  13. Approval for Purchase of Equipment Trailer: The Street Dept currently does not have a trailer capable of transporting its larger equipment. 
  14. Township Funding Request: The Parks Dept is requesting permission to distribute funding requests to surrounding townships to support park maintenance and operations. 
  15. MSP 2026-2027 Ice Rink Schedule & Pricing
  16. Approval to Stop Credit Card Payment Options and Lower Price on Locker Rentals at MSP
  17. Town Employee Medical Plan: AIM Medical Trust released new plans available to 2027.
  18. Approval for Travel and Training for Shawn Kantenwein: Shawn will be attending "Playground Maintenance Training" for certification. 
  19. Approval of Letter for the Watershed Foundation: This is a community partnership with The Watershed Foundation to help show community support for a grant they are applying for with IDEM.

  6. Salary Ordinance 2026-09-01: Deputy Clerk 1 hourly rate changed to match Deputy Clerk 2/Assistant Town Marshall 25% of wages changed from Opioid Unrestricted to General Fund/Typo corrected/Add 2 memberships and conferences for Clerk-Treasurer
  7. Rank Vegetation Ordinance 2026-09-02: Updating ordinance to make the Building Commissioner the rank vegetation ordinance administrator versus the Clerk-Treasurer.
  8. MSP Requesting Curfew Extension for World Ski Tournament Closing Ceremony: On September 19th, 2027 the World Ski Tournament will be hosting their Closing Ceremony at MSP, and they are requesting to extend the noise curfew to midnight. 
  9. MSP/Park Sponsor Packet: Brittany and Holly have worked together to create a sponsorship packet for all town and MSP events. 
  10. MSP/Dilling Group Contract: This is a contract with the Billing Group for preseason inspection for startup of the HVAC ice rink equipment.
  11. Security Camera Renewal: The contract for the security cameras in Town Hall, the park, and a camera on the trail is up for renewal. These are regular security cameras, not FLOCK cameras.
  12. Metronet/MSP Agreement: The monthly bill will be changing from $95/month to $125/month due to installation cost.
