Leaf Pickup Has Offically Started

Winona Lake’s leaf pickup has officially started. Large piles of leaves should be raked to the curb but not in the street and gutter lines. This clogs the storm water catch basins and creates issues that can lead to flooding. Do not place sticks or other yard waste in the leaf piles. Brush will still be picked up on Mondays and Tuesdays until leaves get to be too much. Make sure you separate leaves and yard waste.
