Mill and resurface of asphalt will take place next week, starting Monday.
The planned streets to be milled and resurfaced are as follows:
1. The Heritage Park Subdivision, including Legacy Lane, Liberty Drive, Etc.
2. The Biblers Subdivision including East St, West St, Biblers Ave and Marilyn Ave.
3. 5th St, Walnut, Chestnut Ave, E Canal, and Ft. Wayne St.
Signs have been posted for no parking on these streets from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winona Lake Community Church is allowing residents that live on Chestnut to park in their lot at the corner of 11th & Chestnut, if there is not room on the side streets.
There are over 36 street segments to be milled and resurfaced by June 2025 for over $835,551.09, so this is just the first batch.
