The Town of Winona Lake has adopted Ordinance No. 2026-07-02, establishing an updated and consolidated fee schedule for Town permits, services, and other fees.
The new schedule brings Town fees together in one place and updates various fees for items such as:
- Building and construction permits
- Rental inspections
- Boat slips
- Sewer connections
- Accessory buildings
- Swimming pools
- Electrical services
- Other Town permits and services
Residents, property owners, contractors, and businesses are encouraged to review the updated fee schedule before applying for a permit or requesting a Town service.
